self-love versus self-hatred.

And as always, I can only give you my perspective and my lived experience with this.

But I will tell you that the times in my life where I felt out of touch with myself,

out of step with myself, frustrated with myself, angry with myself,

disliking of myself, hating where I was, maybe hating who I was,

is always when I felt like I was living in misalignment with who I know I am at my core.

And years ago, I wouldn't have been able to put it that succinctly.

Like I wouldn't have been able to identify that I was not being true to myself.

But I wonder if you look at your life and you look at who you are and you look at the way you are living

or what you are doing, I'd be curious to know if you feel like you are living authentically

to who you are at your core.
