Summary

Max Coleman is a Researcher, Trainer, and content creator who recently published a study that showed deloads are probably a waste of time… Which defies so much of what we’ve all believed for DECADES in the training industry. Because of that, we had to get him on to discuss his study and learn more about deloads as a whole!

Max dives deep into the importance and fundamentals of deloads. Deloads are periods when an individual takes a break from exercising. But what is the right way to do it? We do have evidence now, relatively clear evidence, that taking periods away from the gym
