And that comes by not getting it. trust them at every step of the way.

And that comes by not getting out of alignment.

If I start asking them to do a bunch of hard things

and then we're up here not doing hard things,

I don't think that's real trust.

I think that's leverage. And you and I've talked think that's real trust. I think that's leverage and you and I have talked about that.
