To finish your week strong and maximize your weekend, I'll also include an occasional red zone rant, and that happens today.

Yep, I want to talk about the topic, take care of yourself, And I'm talking about physically. Listen, game

changers are in it for the long term. And some high achievers today, more than I think ever before,

based on my observation, are committing suicide with a fork, with a bottle, with an out of balance

lifestyle than they ever did with guns, with pills. And they don't exercise either.

They treat their body more like a toilet than a temple.

Their primary physical activity is when their fingers hit the remote video games and keyboards.

Are you kidding me?

One of the eight game changer trades is excellence.

And part of excellence means excellence in health.

Respecting yourself enough to take care of yourself. And even if you're not naturally a healthy person, doing all you can. Something simple, an annual physical. I know people who skip them, they're smart, they're successful, but they're really not smart when it comes to this. I don't want to go to prostate exam. I don't want a breast exam. I don't want a testicular cancer exam. I don't want a colonoscopy. Those

things are unpleasant. Yeah, they are. You'd have to be a real freak to look forward to any of that

stuff. But let me tell you what's more unpleasant. Breast cancer. Prostrate cancer. Colan cancer.

Testicular cancer. And then think about what else is unpleasant, not being able to take care of your

family, having to have someone dab the drool off your chin and change your diaper, because you can't

take care of yourself. Oh, offend you? Did I make you angry? Good. Wake up if you're not taking

care of yourself. Time is short. Listen, stop fearing bad news. Oh, I don't go to the doctor because

I'm afraid what I'm going to find out. Some people fear bad news, so theyaring bad news. Oh, I don't go to the doctor because I'm afraid of what I'm going to find out.
