| 1:27.3 | anxiety decides to rear its head again. |
| 1:31.8 | So just keep that in mind, the next time you feel like ignoring or pushing aside your |
| 1:38.6 | meditation practice or any of the practices that you are doing to keep yourself on an |

| 1:48.0 | Not philosophy can be incredibly useful for people with anxiety because it provides |
| 1:54.5 | a practical framework for managing and overcoming our anxious thoughts and emotions. |
