Summary

In today's episode, Gina answers a listener question about health anxiety. A useful strategy for coping with health anxiety is shared: the art of waiting and seeing. By becoming more comfortable with the physiological symptoms that so often accompany anxiety, we can prevent the anxiety from snowballing into a greater and greater intensity that often culminates in a panic attack. A number of strategies for becoming more comfortable with health symptoms and the related thoughts that arise that will help you minimize anxiety around them are included.
