We just came off of our biggest January ever.

We had all of our per push contracts and, I should say our seasonal contracts, revert back to per push per app for bulk salt, per sidewalk shovel, per bag of ice melt, so on and so forth. And so all of our

contracts basically exhausted or fulfilled mid-January. And so as we did end of month here,

just a couple of days ago, it was a pretty big pill to swallow, not only for us, but for our

customers, right? A lot of them are getting bills that if they have a $1,500 a month seasonal

contract, you know, November through March, well, the overages alone were probably two to three X

what the seasonal cost was going to be for that flat rate installment. So let's say it's $1,500

in January. A lot of my customers got bills for $4,500, $5,500, $6,000.
