1:00.0	efficiency. I have a rower like in a spare bedroom, like a few feet from my bedroom that I go
1:08.0	pop on that thing in the morning, about a bing, about a boom, 20 minutes, I'm in an out,
1:12.5	meditation, some prayer, it's done deal. Danielle, on the other hand, she prefers a full production.
