I have to say my best mood this week was kind of just like returning to myself.

I get caught up really, really easily and it's really easy for me to focus less on self care, less on taking care of myself,

and more on taking care of almost anything external outside of me.

And I know that about myself and I know how good self care is for me, but it's so easy to get lost in all the other busyness and people in your life.
