from San Diego, California a little bit later in the week

because I mean, I kind of did last week as well

and I'm still kind of traveling a little bit.

So I needed a couple more days just to like figure out

even my best and worst mood

because I just feel like time is flying so fast

and I want to make sure I get a good episode for you guys.

Today for our current mood combo,

I'm actually going to be doing a solo episode.

It's been a while.

I've had some friggin' amazing guests on

and I absolutely adore and obsessed with them.

But with the traveling, I haven't even been able to

get on Zoom in record and I figured there's

so much like change and just like things happening in my life.

Let's talk about how I'm dealing with it

and getting through it and like honestly staying sane.

So that's kind of what our current mood combo is going to be

this week, just a nice little short, sweet solo episode.
