Summary

Commercial flying is necessary. We can’t get everywhere by horse and buggy anymore. And I don’t know about you, but I can’t spend weeks on a train or ocean liner. So airplanes are essential. But what do they do to the human body? I’m going to tell you! And I’m going to give you plenty of ways to minimize the damage. For some of us, flying is unavoidable. So let’s keep our bodies strong and resilient on the ground so we can effectively tackle the skies!
