And we're just a huge fan of it because you become very hyper aware of what you're consuming,

You know, data doesn't lie and I think that's a very valuable thing to consider because, you know, at the end of the day, if you're just eating willy-nilly, you know, some days you might be having 1,100 calories, some days you might be having 6,000. There's no consistency there and it's hard to hold yourself accountable and on track if you're not even aware of what you're putting in your mouth.
