0:22.7

probably till about a week and a half after,

0:40.5

but we're ahead of our game. That's so you know we're hustling. And we have some amazing questions today, some juicy ones. So let's jump right into it. First question, do you prefer training fired up and throwing heavier weight around or collected and feeling out each movement? Fired up, down not even a question boom done so here's the thing I love fire up that's a

0:59.3

good I love lifting angry but I feel like there's levels to this you know I feel

1:03.4

like you start training and you lift and you're just really soft and you know you're

1:07.8

just lightly going through things you know you're focused on form and as you get better you know you learn intensity you learn pop you know I tell all my clients I want to lift more weight you have to give me that uh you know I just called that you know like that's the best I would say you know you give it that you're just giving it all the juice A B training you're really pumping it up now I feel like there is a third level and they you know you've always here anger is weakness you know it's not necessarily a strength

1:31.0

for a lot of people you know lifting mad you can't control that as much so I

1:35.3

feel like there is a third level pass that you know even like a really good

1:38.1

fighter or someone you see they're very calm and I know some of the strongest

1:41.8

people I know live very calm and it impresses me I I don't feel like I'm there personally, but I really respect people that can stay calm, stay collected, and lift heavy weights. To me that's very, very impressive. But I really love getting fired up. Even Kyle, if he's not motivated, he'll get, like one time he failed, I I think like 470 or something on the

2:00.9

deadlift and he just you know and then we got him fired up and that same day

2:04.5

that same session he ended up pulling 500 so we went from failing 470 to pulling

2:09.7

500 I think this was in Boston numbers might not be dead on but I remember something

2:13.6

like that was something ridiculous so he failed 30 pounds lighter and then

2:16.7

smoked it and like
