When I first started getting into calories, macros, nutrition coaching, all that kind of stuff,

I didn't know anything and there was so much to learn. There's different aspects of burning calories.

There's actual BMR, which is your basal metabolic crate. There's RMR, your resting metabolic crate.

Your body can switch from carbs of fat if it needs to. The point is, is that if you were stranded out
