Now before we get to your voicemails today, it is the first show of 2023, a first

official really kick off after the new year and I want to say a few things

about the market the current state of the market and I want to reiterate once again

do not believe what the government is telling you.

Okay, government numbers, government payroll numbers,

government jobs numbers, be very, very weary of or wary. I always get those confused but anyway leery, weary, leery,

weary, weary, it doesn't really matter but just be aware that they are

usually fishy and they are hiding a much deeper problem because these are coming from the Bureau of Labor Statistics.

We're also getting these payroll numbers and when we look at non-farm payrolls, these are the things that we're looking at, but I want you to look more closely at what's actually happening in the broader market. You know, talk to real people, talk to real businesses, because if during the 2008 housing collapse you were

only talking to Washington people or you were only talking to Wall Street

people everything was amazing. Housing was booming, the economy
