Now on this show you know I typically talk about market conditions

and how to prepare yourself best for investing,

but one of the best ways that you can invest

is by having a full service team.

So I hope you will allow me just a little bit of leniency here on this show

to kind of deep dive why we have so many repeat clients at Morris Invest and what exactly we do. So if you're thinking about

investing from out of state you want to get it started investing in real estate

do full time so we build about 500 homes per year with our team and we have investors

so that all of those properties are then filled with a tenant and then of course you

have a relationship with our

concierge on our team where you're being able to check in once a month or so and

really work on your portfolio for the length of the time that you want to

build out your portfolio of properties, five, ten years,

and you're going to work with our team over that length of time to really hit your financial freedom
