0:00.0 | Welcome back to the Diet Doctor podcast. I'm your host, Dr. Brett Schur. |
0:06.5 | Today we have an episode really trying to dig into nutritional science. |
0:10.7 | And, you know, at Diet Doctor, we talk a lot about nutritional science. |
0:14.3 | And specifically, you know, does the recommendations that we hear from individual doctors |
0:20.1 | or from guidelines or from medical institutions, |
