Now, Graham is a pharmacist in the UK, and he's been a pharmacist for 35 years. He's a registered

pharmacist, a fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and the owner of IHeart Pharmacy Group.

And I really like his story of his transition

because when you think of a pharmacist, what do you think about? Someone who is filling a

prescription for medication, someone who's giving out medications who makes their living by

helping people get the medications they need. Well, Graham went the other way. After 35 years of practicing pharmacy,

he realized this pill for every ill was not helping people live better lives, was not really

helping people improve their health, not in the way that he set out to want to help people.

So he did a bit of a 180 to say, let's instead focus on lifestyle.

And let's use different tools like CGMs and like sleep trackers and different things to help take that data and integrate it to help you see how you can improve your life, your lifestyle.
