Now we're going to be moving into a different way of

doing things, but ultimately your brain is coded to have a certain fear right now if you have a fear

or an anxiety. So every time you think of that thing you are fearful of, you have to in every single way

have an association to that fear. Your brain is just coding it and associating it to have a level of

fear. But that's actually good news because your brain also codes other things that allows you to feel good.

For example, if you were to think of something where you feel so powerful, maybe that you're really confident in, Maybe something that you do day in, day out,

and you just really love the experience. It could be a hobby. It could be something which is similar

to fear, but very different in a way, where you feel absolutely calm. For example, let's just say

you had a phobia of, say, a spider, but you do fine around a mouse.
