| 0:00.0 | Welcome back to the podcast. My name is Joseph Clough and today we're talking about how to really drastically |
| 0:25.6 | and dramatically let go of fears, worries and almost like you could technically do this |
| 0:33.1 | for a phobia. But I'm going to give you some tips on how I would let go of this and I am really good at |
| 0:40.4 | that because it is something that I've done for a last 22 or so years and I was even invited on a |
| 0:50.7 | England TV show to let go of all these different fears, or phobia specifically, from snakes, |
| 0:59.0 | tarantulas, there's one for a dog, who can be fearful of dogs, but I'm going to do a hypnosis session on that in the future, |
| 1:07.0 | and also snake and rat. And I let them go in a very short period time. |
| 1:13.6 | I had literally had like five, ten minutes per person. |
| 1:17.1 | Now, of course, I can't be there with you in person to do that, |
| 1:21.7 | but I can give you some ideas and some tips on what I would do |
| 1:25.9 | if I had a fear or phobia. So let's get into the fast one. |
| 1:32.5 | And then in the next episode, I'll give you another one. And then probably on the next one, |
| 1:37.7 | I'll give you another episode. So you can start to do this one fast, practice, practice, |
| 1:42.7 | practice, utilize, utilize it. and then in the next episode, |
| 1:48.0 | you'll be able to use a new process. |
| 1:51.0 | So that's how we're going to be doing it today. |
| 1:54.0 | So first of all, let's get the foundational aspect in. |
| 1:59.0 | A fear or even a phobia, there's a difference. So a phobia is an |
| 2:03.5 | extreme irrational response to something. And a fear is a lesser so version of that. So you may have |
| 2:11.6 | a fear of presentations. You may have a phobia of presentations where you really like freak out just at the thought of it. Even to the point if some people have extreme irrational phobias |
| 2:24.3 | They looking at a picture of say a spider would cause and evoke that reaction for a phobia even though they know the spider is not actually there, it's on a piece of paper. |
| 2:37.0 | So there are some variations and you will know what you experienced by how much you really feel and associate to that. |
