0:00.0 | I'm not pulling out of the driveway. We all know what that means. It's time for the drive-to-work coronavirus edition. |
0:07.0 | So as you all know, I'm using my home time to talk to lots of people. And today I have Corey Bowen talking about Kamagawa Neon Dynasty Commander. |
0:18.0 | Hey, Corey. Hi, Mark. How's it going? Going good? So, uh, okay, so I've, I've spent a bunch |
0:25.6 | of podcasts talking about the making of the main set, but this is the first podcast to talk about |
0:29.7 | the commander decks. So let's start from the very beginning. What, how do you guys even |
0:35.7 | decide what, what decks we're going to make in a product? |
0:39.3 | Yeah, so our commander team, like our draft teams, our set up, or our main set teams are divided up into vision design and set design. |

1:55.5 | So those were all going in from those themes. |
1:59.7 | And so I remember feeling pretty happy or confident that we were just going to do like a ninjas and samurai thing here. |
2:08.0 | But for one reason or another, I think Chris said that samurai was harder to build at a pre-con level. |
2:15.1 | And ninjas there were also so few of that those also felt just like |
2:20.3 | not super viable options for the pre-constructed decks and then I remember us looking into something |
