0:00.0	Giving out my cell phone is probably one of the best things I've ever done.
0:02.9	I've answered about 8,000 questions so far.
0:05.4	And the thing that I want to say to everyone is,
0:09.4	there really is basically two things that I'm seeing over and over again.
0:13.2	People with certainty, people with uncertainty.
0:15.9	People like, I'm doing this and they're like,
0:18.1	maybe looking for a little validation or they want to tell me about it to say,
0:21.1	how could you plus an enhancement?
0:22.5	But there's a level of certainty that they have about it.
0:24.7	Like, I'm doing this and it's killing it and it's working.
0:27.8	And then there's another group that has a tremendous amount of uncertainty.
0:30.9	What do you think about this?
0:31.8	I'm not sure about here.
0:33.2	You know, almost like a level of confusion.
0:37.5	And look, whichever one you are, it's okay.
0:41.7	But here's the thing.
0:42.8	Certain people, people with certainty,
0:44.9	people that have a knowing, people that have belief in themselves,
0:47.5	people that are paying attention to the numbers,
0:48.8	people that are tracking and measuring.
0:50.5	Like, they can make decisions.
0:52.9	Even if they're wrong, they can still make decisions
