| 0:00.0 | So today we're going to be talking about nine ways we sabotage our lives subconsciously. |
| 0:07.0 | So I wanted to do a session around how it is that so many of us are sabotaging our lives at the subconscious level. |
| 0:16.0 | I think it's important to preface this by saying that we are more unconscious or subconscious |
| 0:22.2 | thinkers than we are conscious thinkers. |
| 0:25.4 | Think about that iceberg picture where the tip of the iceberg represents the conscious |
| 0:30.7 | mind and the bulk of the iceberg, 95% of the iceberg is below the water. My terminology is living below the veil of consciousness. |

| 1:30.2 | whose mind is going to work at the subconscious level to justify their opinion of you is not going to |
| 1:38.2 | work. You're not going to win because they are rooted in this opinion of you. And so I've learned over the years to just not argue with people. |
| 1:47.0 | When I was a little girl, I was called all sorts of names by my mom. |
| 1:51.3 | And it was a terrible experience to feel like this woman does not see me. |
| 1:56.1 | But she had some projection that she was projecting onto me, maybe some issues that she had unresolved |
| 2:03.7 | with her alcoholic mother. And I definitely bore the brunt of what she was feeling perhaps about |
