podcast to me last year. And it has been such a great addition to my

regular podcast stream. Last September, I moved from Texas to Thailand, yes, quite a big leap for a job

with a study abroad organization called the International Sustainable Development Studies Institute in

Chiang Mai. You recently mentioned regenerative agriculture and sustainability

issues. I wanted to recommend my supervisor, Dr. Mark Ritchie, as a potential podcast guest,

if you're interested in digging deeper into some of those topics. Our study abroad program

teaches about sustainable issues in a broad spectrum of areas. Sustainability is an interesting

subject to think about in the context of tourism and how we enter into other cultures and interact with

the local people. Doing this in an ethical and sustainable way is something that our students

experience in their courses. Mark also has a very entrepreneurial spirit and has opened a CrossFit gym.

Coffee Shop Lab to teach enthusiasts or professional courses in coffee. We just hosted the annual

Chang Mai CrossFit Throwdown that had over 100 CrossFit athletes from around Southeast Asia.
