So we're going to get started. Just dive right in. Right out of the gate. Dive right in is my

least favorite phrase, but we're going to say it because I feel like... Why? Because every person says that

before they started a podcast episode. We're just going to dive right in. Okay, so we're going to talk about,

yeah, we're going to talk about last week's episode with Dr. Mark Ritchie. We got some feedback.

Claire wants to discuss some points and then we will move on to more topics in this episode. But why don't you get us started? Yeah. So we did get, we got a lot of great listener feedback. We got a lot of additional questions. We got some good insights from different people's opinions. And we're not going to get into all of that necessarily because we aren't the experts to answer the questions. And, you know, we're just glad that

it resonated with so many people. So we just kind of wanted to talk about our reactions to that

episode. Yeah, I just was so excited to have that conversation. As you guys could probably tell,

it's something that I personally am really curious about and really care about. And also, like, in my non-podcast life, I talk a lot about regenerative agriculture. I go to a lot of events around it. It's huge in my industry. And then just like, yeah, it was so exciting for me to be able to have that conversation. It's very much in your world. Yeah. It's very much in your world. And I don't think a lot of people know a lot about it. So it was really interesting and helpful, I think, to have him on. I also

I also just really want to quickly say that he is one expert in the field. There's going to be so many different opinions, especially with scientists, especially with people who do this type of work. So I think that's just something we want to bring out. We only had 45 to 50 minutes to have a conversation around this. And really what our focus was, was to bring awareness truly about what he is doing in the world and he's doing great things. So if people disagree or if they have different information, that's totally fine. I think all of this is so important to talk about and bring up and disagree with or agree with. And I think that we just

wanted to make that point is in a 45-50 minute episode, we're not going to be able to cover

every single corner. We probably couldn't do it if we had a podcast dedicated to this topic only.

he, his opinion is more than just an opinion, that he

has been in this world for 25 years and has been reviewing research, teaching seminars.
