five awesome tips for being more mindful and at the end of the episode I'll let you know how you can

work with me one on one via Skype to create a meaningful mindfulness practice. Tip number one is

keep a mindfulness tool with you as often as you can. Maybe it's a

necklace or a drink bottle or a moisturiser or a healthy snack. Whatever you can keep near you

during your day to remind yourself regularly to bring yourself into the now. So for example, I used to keep a hand cream on

my desk at work and a few times during the day I would stop and take some nice deep breaths

while I massage the cream onto my hands. This little mindful break just took me out of whatever I was

doing and gave me a beautiful opportunity to be present.

The point of having this tool is that you keep it somewhere that you can see it or use something which you know you'll remember to use during the day.

Then this tool can act like a reminder and give you these little but meaningful

chances to practice mindfulness. My second tip is take some time during each day to be grateful.
