Hi, I was wondering, what's the best way to respond to your husband

when he does not believe your feelings are valid?

For example, he makes comments like,

you shouldn't feel that way,

or there's no reason you should be feeling like that. You know, it's very hard to bring up anything

to him because I assume that this will be his response because it has been for so many times,

and I don't want to argue with him over what I actually feel like.
