I first met Yogi Farrell when I spoke to the Indiana

University, the Hoosiers, men's basketball team,

in their film room. I remember it. Back in 2015, it was December 5th. And it was coming off of a

big loss to Duke. The team was five and three. They were kind of off to a slow start. The restless Bloomington crowds were

already getting restless, already up in arms, right? And so there was a little bit of a stress in the room.

Well, Yogi Farrell sat on the front road during my presentation. I gave a presentation how to stay

hungry with a red belt mindset. I write about this

in some of my books. It's a martial arts principle. Maybe we'll do an episode on it someday.

But here's what I remember about him. He didn't blink for 45 minutes. I mean, this guy,
