We're going to have guests on our episodes from time to time.

People who can share principles, people who have done things that will inspire you, that will encourage you, that did it the right way, people who often had to fight their way to the top, who started with nothing, who had nothing handed to them. And there are a lot of you out there in that same situation. I believe success leaves clues. I think failure leaves clues. I mean, when we learn a lot, Jim Rohn said if failures held seminars, just hearing about all the things they screwed up. Well, we're not going to go there. We're going to talk about successful people, how they got there, what they're doing to sustain it, right? Just because you're at the top of the mountain doesn't mean you're staying there. So how they sustain it, increase it. And then bring others along on the journey. Because the game change your life is not just about you. It's not just about how far you can go and how good you can get.

It's about how many people you can bring with you. Who are you impacting along the way?

And to help share some of those principles today is my friend. A great guy met him several

years ago at a seminar. He's become a friend. Yes, we do business together. I speak at some of

his conferences. But Sean Mike, president of Family First Life Insurance, is here with me. All the way from Connecticut. How are you doing, Sean? I'm doing well, sir. And Sean has come here to our elite center. He's going to be with us for a couple days on our class on execution. And I twisted his arm a little bit to get him to be a guest on here today and to

share some of his success principles. Sean, give us an idea a little bit about your background,

how long ago you started the company, okay, and how you've grown an X number of years,

because it's been exponential. I mean, it's been exponential and how you did it. I mean, what were your key

critical success factors? What are some things you attributed to? And I know you're a humble

guy, but go ahead and say it like it is, okay? Facts are facts. Tell us a little bit where you

are now, where you came from, and how you got there. I appreciate it. Thanks for having me on to it.

It's a privilege and honor. I really appreciate it.

We launched a company December of 2013, and I've been in sales for a long time. And all I ever

wanted was somebody to treat me the way I thought I should be treated. Like I will work day in,

day out, seven days a week, do what you have

to do. But it was something I wanted a fair shot to be successful. And nobody handed to me,

as you alluded to earlier, but I wanted a shot. And we launched the company. It was, you know,

myself. That was the company, myself and two staff, you know, which we didn't know how to pay,

you know, two weeks later.
