Escaped killer Danello Cavalcante is finally in custody after two weeks on the run.

That's according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation and comes after police

had focused their search on the small community of South Coventry Township in Pennsylvania. The 34-year-old

had evaded hundreds of officers for days and earlier this week police said he'd

stolen a rifle. He escaped from Chester County Prison two weeks ago, after he was sentenced to life without

parole for the 2021 murder of his former girlfriend.
