Anyway, so today what I want to talk about is, or basically the topic of today's episode is

how to find your strength to leave. And this could be finding your

strength to leave a group of friends, to leave a job, to leave a relationship, or even to leave

like a particular group. Like there might be, you might be caught up in like an MLM group or a

religious group or whatever and you feel kind of either pressure to stay or you

feel that you don't have the tools to stay or, sorry, you don't have the tools to leave.

Or you might feel that if you were to leave, you wouldn't know how to kind of start your life

over or how you would kind of survive depending on the situation that you're in.

So I am going to go through, I think I've got like 10 steps for you.

And a lot of them, some of them are just specific to relationships and others to like work or a group,

but most of the tips are applicable across the board.

Yeah, I honestly think that if you put everything that I say into practice and you

action it, then you'll definitely feel more comfortable to be able to leave a situation,

be able to deal with the feelings of guilt if they may arise, if these guilt feelings may arise

and know what to do with it, I think guilt if you don't really

address it look at it compartmentalize it break it down and kind of shed some light on it you can

kind of take the fuck over and cripple you and it'll leave you really not taking action because

you feel so guilty or not really doing anything or living for somebody else instead of living
