I think especially with the demand of three little ones, I've had to remind myself that this

is true. Motherhood is hard and it brings me more joy than I've ever felt in my life.

of the passing of Abby's beloved dog Ari. If you listen to episode 86 with Dr. Cassidy,

we talked about how pets can seem like another demand especially when we become mothers.

Abby shared her challenges with our listeners, not knowing that her own dog was close to the end

of his life. Dr. Cassidy, the guest of that podcast episode, sent this message to Abby.

Oh Abby, I'm so incredibly sorry. I remember similar feelings when our Sophie passed.

Two things can exist at once. Your deep, deep love for him and the fact that becoming a mom

is demanding and overstimulating. He knew how loved he was. Just look at his face here.

So Abby is and will be processing the loss of Ari for some time to come. While she does that,
