all right welcome to episode 88 so so for this episode I want you to for lack of

a better word sit your ass down respectfully respectfully wanting to sit your

ass down and check your ego or whatever the kids are saying stop flexing on

yourself or something like that I you know I want you to do that because I think

it will seriously seriously help you in life by relieving you of a lot of the

undue pressure you put on yourself and that's what I'm talking about here I'm

gonna talk about how to do this in the context of not being afraid to be a

beginner again and I think this is like a really really important key to living

a life where you're free from the just kind of bullshit expectations that you

put on yourself maybe unwittingly maybe you don't realize you're doing this so

if this has seriously helped me and I think you could do the same for you so as
