I’ll be sharing with you how to lose the last 10 lbs of stubborn fat in 10 days with 7 easy steps. It’s important to understand that survival is the number one priority for the human body. Weight loss is a threat to survival, since we are genetically hardwired to perceive times of famine, so the body will hold on to fat as much as possible.  The key is to create hormonal adaptations, which keeps the body adapting, kickstarting your fat loss efforts.
