The whole idea behind sleep is that we do a couple things. We rest the body, but we also get into a deep enough sleep where we rest our brains. And our brains actually get a chance to detoxify. If you're in a deep enough sleep, it's called non-REM level three sleep. You know, you're not dreaming. You're actually out cold, basically. Your brain cells actually
