| 1:22.1 | So I have some ideas where you can meditate, simply meditate, to get yourself back on top |
| 1:29.8 | of the situation, and I have four ideas here for dealing with different versions of not |

| 1:38.1 | So the first one is about feeling complete, feeling whole. |
| 1:43.5 | When we say I'm sick, I'm not feeling well, and in reality there is so much more than |
| 1:50.6 | your upset stomach, but you're saying I'm sick. |
| 1:55.4 | You're more than that. |
| 1:56.9 | And so what we can do is use a moment of meditation that these don't have to be a long sit. |

| 2:07.4 | up and you're not feeling well and you're saying I'm sick, try this idea to reconnect |
