Hello everybody, welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast I am Elizabeth Benton.

Today we are going to do something we haven't done in a very long time.

I want to share with you part of a chapter from Chasing Cupcakes.

Chasing Cupcakes is my first book.

I say that like the second one is out.

It's not, but it is well underway.

A lot of you guys have read Chasing Cupcakes and if you haven't, go check it out.

I want to emphasize first how important it is to come back to tools that are effective.

Because even if you've already read it, I don't want you to skip this episode.

Here's why.

What I do for myself is I keep notes on my phone of resources that are helpful to me and

then I put keywords there.

If I was feeling this or in this situation, this is what I would maybe type and I want this

particular thing to come up in those moments.

I keep these documents for myself so that when I am struggling, I have a lot of things

to have those resources.

The truth is most of us, if not all of us, have been exposed to so many helpful things
