all right welcome the episode 86 so you might have noticed just by the

title that this episode is different I have a guest on the show today I've

gone 85 episodes with no guests and that's going to change today and it's

going to change in a great big exciting value packed way and obviously I've

given this a lot of thought you know I've done 85 episodes no guests for a

reason in that I really wanted to challenge myself to really be introspective and

of course to provide value in the process but I've come to the point where I

want I want more perspective than my own you know I want to prove that just

hearing something from someone else whether it's the same thing for the

hundredth time but set in a different way or something completely new it could

be a catalyst for huge change in your life and I fundamentally believe that's why

I'm so passionate about connecting with people that I decided to have my first

guest on the show and today's guest is Alex Lieberman you might not know who he is
