already know that I'm really excited to you guys decided to spend a little bit of

time with me here today because I'm talking about something that has been on my mind

and I don't have a guess today, it's just me.

During the recent election, I noticed that all of my clients

and my friends, and there are many

and myself who I would consider highly sensitive people were really

really impacted by what was going on whether regardless of what side you were

on during the election who you were voting for,

the energy of the election itself was so very nasty and scary and very below the belt type things.

So what does it mean if you are

highly sensitive?

So I'll tell you what I was, the symptoms that I was seeing

and what I want to do in today's episode is help you figure out.

I'll talk to you about the signs and symbols of being a highly sensitive person

so you can figure out if you are as well and I wonder if you

were feeling some of these and it's not just the election obviously because

we've gone on to have a lot of unrest in this country, in the US, and around the world

from the destabilization of what is going on right here.
