Hey, welcome to another episode of Kristen and Chill.

I'm your host Kristen Carney, and I'm anything but chill.

Not butt chill as in like my butt is cold, but I'm just not relaxed and easygoing. I am in certain ways

and I'm not in others. But the show is called Kristen and Chill because before it used to be

called Mentally Chill. So we've slowly transitioned into a different show. So welcome. I'm

glad you're back. Today I have Jen and Kyle, resident consultant Jen and regular guest Kyle, Jennifer Reitinger and Kyle Williams on the show, who are both friends of mine from childhood.

Yet they didn't know each other until recently because I forced them to meet.

And the last episode they were on, I didn't introduce them to you guys.

So there was no lead in to who are these people I'm speaking with.

If you had never listened to the show before, you'd have no idea.

So they're back on the show.

We are very silly and we're having a lot of fun.

We talk about everything from social anxiety to anxiety over a little cut on your hand

and why that might bother some people and not others. I hope you guys

are having a great week and I want to let you know that April 7th Sunday, that's this coming

Sunday, we'll be doing a movie night on my Patreon page and we'll be watching eighth grade. It's a

super fun way to hang out and get to know other people that are like-minded

and going through similar struggles. So we watched the movie and then we kind of chit-chat

through it on the little message board thing, but everyone's pretty quiet. And then following the movie,

we hang out in a group chat type of setting where we can all hear each other, see each other, and get to

know each other. And it's always very intimate and fun. And we'll get to know one another.

So, again, that is this Sunday, April 7th at 9 p.m. East Coast time, 6 p.m. West Coast time.
