Hey, welcome to Kristen and Chill. It's Kristen and Chill time. We are chilling like a villain. You know it only took me 80 something shows to say chill in like a villain.

And I think I'm pretty proud of that, to be honest with you guys.

I'm Kristen Carney. And if you don't know me or you don't know the show, get to know us.

So the show is Kristen and Chill used to be called mentally chill.

The reason for the music at the beginning is because Kristen and Chill is supposed to be like

Netflix and Chill, which means hookup, but it's also not because the chill has to do with

mental illness. I know it's confusing. So we got some porno music leading into some not so porno-y music. Or if that's your kind of porno, then good for you. I'm a little under the weather, so excuse my voice. You guys might not even be able to tell the difference, but in my head it sounds very nasly and annoying. Not that that's very different from what it normally sounds like,

but it's very apparent to me. But that's not that interesting. You know what's interesting is who my guest is today, and my guest is a very funny comedian named Seth Herzog, who is the

warm-up comedian for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, and we so awesomely got to tape at the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. So I can say I've

taped at the Tonight Show. I won't necessarily tell people that it was my podcast that I did,

let them believe that it was a stand-up set, but it was very fun and very nice. And Seth is an awesome

guy and you can check him out in a new movie called

Boy Band. He'll tell you about it at the end of the show. And we talk about everything from

going to therapy at night to being annoyed by the way people speak. Ironic, if you're annoyed

by the way I speak. So anyway, if you want to rate the show, that would be awesome.
