Hey, it's Kristen and Chill.

I did it again.

I started out by saying, welcome to mentally chill.

But I stopped and started over.

Last time I could have stopped and started over as well, but I wanted to

show off my lack of thinking. But this time, lack of thinking twice in a row didn't really want to show

that off. But yet I'm still showing it off somehow because I'm starting off by calling it out.

That's one thing I do all the time. I call things out that I don't need to call

out. No one needs to know this information. Everyone could have just thought that I started the show

correctly, but I had to point out my flaws. Why do I do this? I don't know. I probably do know why.

I just, you know, too hard to undo. This is who I am. So welcome to the show. I am

really happy because today we have a guest that has been on several times before. He's the most

neurotic person I know. You know him. You love him. Mike Carrano, everybody. I'm so glad he's back

on the show because I was out in L.A. and got to tape with him.

And the show is about an hour and 20 minutes or so. But the amount of hours that we actually talk,

not recording is really ludicrous, actually. And I don't really use that word often, unless I'm

listening to him. Which, by the way, I guess I'll share this with you guys when i had a crush on this guy in a band

when i was young they were opening for ludicrous and him and i had emailed back and forth a few

times and my response to him opening for ludicrous was wow that's ludicrous and i think that's probably why

he's married to someone else and has children and is happy elsewhere but anyway mike and i can talk for

hours and hours and hours and hours if someone was in the room with us they'd pray for an asteroid

to hit earth immediately it's it can be very, but hopefully this hour and 20 minutes isn't
