Summary

but I was thinking about it and I decided to do an extra goal-setting episode because I still

have a few things to say on the topic. Also, I've received so much lovely feedback about this mini-series

and how helpful it's been for people in setting meaningful goals. And I really want to make sure

I've covered as much useful information as I can. So this episode is all about overcoming the

obstacles between us and achieving our goals. My intention for this episode is that it

helps you to grow your awareness of what might be holding you back and to show you a few helpful

tips in moving forward. Let's just dive straight into it. Obstacle one is self-sabotage. I think this is
