Hello, my beautiful beans. Welcome to episode 85. So today the topic of this episode is going to be

about how to stop catastrophizing and how to control your anxious thoughts and, you know,

kind of how to intercept them because one of the problems or the main problem with anxious thoughts

is that you end up in this spiral and then the thoughts start to drag in

thoughts that are similar to it and it goes down and down and to pull yourself out of it,

the harder it seems like the longer you stay in that headspace.

Catastrophising is one of like the typical traits of someone with anxiety and even if you

don't have like a diagnosed anxiety disorder even if you just suffer anxious thoughts

catastrophizing is one of the main ones within kind of that umbrella of anxiety so i'm going to be

going into that i'm going to be explaining i'll be breaking it down so i'll be talking about what exactly

is it what happens when you catastrophize and tools that you can use to stop

catastrophizing and kind of like implement them in your day and it really does make a difference

And I went to see my family, spent a lot of time with my family, my auntie, uncle, cousins,

my cousin's daughter, Luna, she's like the cutest baby in the world, my other cousin, Jocel, and we just

spent all this time together because my parents are up in Queensland so I can't see them.

We had the best time.

I've eaten out so many times and also trying to wrap my head around, trying to organise a trip overseas in January.
