Hey guys, it's Rach. Welcome to your Sunday pep talk. This is a little something to get you going

0:06.4

before your week starts or wherever this happens to find you today. Okay, I want to tell you something

0:12.2

that you might not believe right now or that you might roll your eyes about because you feel

0:17.9

like you've heard this a million times before, but it is 100% true.

0:23.8

You don't need to be great to start, but you do need to start to become great.

1:53.7

girls were slender and I already felt awkward and weird and now I couldn't run at the right pace

2:00.6

and I wasn't fast and when I crossed

2:02.5

that finish line my face was red and I was sweaty and I just immediately was like I am never doing

2:11.3

that again like if I don't have to do it to get a grade like I'm never running again. Fast forward to being a mama and I was

2:23.3

pregnant with my third baby and in no way did I see myself as an athlete, but I was really
