I am only buying food at an airport in an absolute emergency situation where I'm starving

or my flight was delayed or something unexpected happen.

But 99.9% of the time, I am going on to a flight, any flight, with a bunch of food ready to go. So when we flew from L.A. to

Hawaii, I had a prepacked salad, hard-boiled eggs, nuts, apples, venison jerky. I had a protein

powder in a shaker bottle, no water, just like the protein powder in the bottle.

That's a really easy snack on the go.

Just fill it up with some water at the airport, shake it up, and then pound that protein.
