Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton.

I'm super glad that you were tuned in today because here's the scoop.

It is the time of year where everybody has an opinion, a strategy, an approach, a tool

for your new year, goals, resolutions, whatever you want to call them.

And the fact is there are a ton of different approaches.

I want to share with you what I believe about this because I'm sure I'm not alone in

the fact that I have failed to achieve more new year's resolutions than I've actually

achieved and what typically happens is that I start out with this picture-perfect plan.

I've got clarity, I know what I want, I know what it's going to take and then I don't

execute it.

And I don't execute it because either I got distracted or because I was holding tight

to this notion of doing it perfectly and then I got really discouraged by my own imperfections

or the things that got in the way.

And I believe that there is a much, much better way.

And the beautiful thing about this better way is that it is the simpler way.
