But one commenter, Michelle, actually a good friend of the show, actually asked what's on the list and it got me thinking, why don't I do an episode where we talk about what not to do in order to improve your life.

So thing number one is to stop beating yourself up.

personal development and goal setting process. It can be so incredibly difficult to make change in our lives like really stop and think about what that means for a second

How challenging do you think it actually is to change something, to shift the way you've always been,

the way that the people around you have always reacted to you? How difficult do you think that that's actually going to be? It's not something

that willpower alone can solve for and it's not something that you can expect to shift the first, second, third, or fourth time that you try. Making changes
