Hello everybody and welcome back to the Primal Potential podcast.

We've only got a few episodes left in this year which is so freaking crazy to think about.

2020 has been bananas for so many people for many many different reasons.

And I'm excited to share with you four things that 2020 has taught me.

Kind of hit me in the face with that I'm going to carry forward.

Only into 2021 but just moving forward in general to hopefully make me better, make my

life better, make my life more enjoyable, more peaceful, more fulfilling and I'm excited

to share them with you and I hope that at least one or two of them really speak to you

the way that they speak to me.

And like I said this year has just been so crazy from people living through career changes

or financial changes because of the coronavirus.

Lots of people went through things that are far outside the scope of the coronavirus.

But certainly my situation a lot of people faced fears that they had never really considered

before or experienced isolation in a way that they had never experienced it before.

And for some of us all of the above right now all of the above but still here we are coming

into the end of the year.
