Alison Armstrong. She has a number of online programs for men and women to better understand

themselves and each other, therefore, to have happier,

more harmonious relationships.

I've gone through two of her programs, which I highly recommend.

One is entitled, The Amazing Development of Men, and the other one is entitled, Understanding

Women.

And there's a few analogies here that I think

if you're like me, you can learn a lot from. One, it regards looking at men and women as we've

sort of discussed in the past as hunter-gatherers, but specifically appreciating men for having

a mind that's more hunter geared and women having minds

that are more gatherer geared, meaning the way they look at the world, examine, processed,

information, and communicate are different. And by understanding those differences, we can have

better communication and happier and healthier relationships. And then second to that, in the amazing development

of men, there's this archetype of development from squire to knight to prince and to king.

And understanding what phase of a life or a phase of his life a man is in can help I think firstly
